Last week, PACAMA visited a Frozen mango chunks processing factory in An Giang – one of our trusted product processing partners in Mekong Delta – to monitor productivity in the sub-season of mangoes.
The processes at the factory ensure the correct and complete execution of processing stages for the purpose of guaranteeing product quality and meeting the customer requirements.
Steps in the process:
- Step 1: Cleaning mango, removing dirt with chain technology
- Step 2: Peeling and removing seeds manually
- Step 3: Freezing and dicing
- Step 4: Checking
