One of the tropical fruits that is rich in nutrients for humans is the passion fruit. Both passion fruit puree with seeds and puree without seeds have a sour taste and antioxidants. They can be used to make smoothies, jam, baked goods, cake toppings, and even boba tea.
PACAMA has been collaborating with an Australian supermarket for retail bags and a Taiwanese business to produce jam and boba tea. Currently, we pack 10 kg/bag for the factory and 1 kg/bag and in a bottle for the retailer. In addition, we may pack according to customer needs in 200 kg barrels or other types of bags.
