Temperature is the key factor to keep frozen goods well-qualified. However, the frozen fruits or vegetables you received were always defrosted which led to the problem that your company didn’t have enough time for distributing, manufacturing or repacking.    

 

So WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? 

The PACAMA Team is here to help you face this problem. Our Quality Control team has worked in the frozen fruits and vegetables industry for 15 years, thus we are skilled at maintaining the product’s temperature at or below -18 degrees Celsius:

 

  1. Verify that the product was made correctly and kept in a cool environment for at least five days after packing.
  2. Set up personnel to monitor the temperature of containers traveling from the production plant to the port and from the port to the ship
  3. Attach a thermometer to record the container’s temperature so you can track back for the container’s temperature

 

With 50 containers of frozen mango to Taiwan in over two years, we have never experienced any temperature issues, and always get positive feedback from customers.
