This week, PACAMA Team would like to show you how our frozen pineapple chunks were made. The process includes 5 steps:

  • Step 1: Cutting top and peeling
  • Step 2: Removing eyespot
  • Step 3: Washing with water
  • Step 4: Shaping (chunks 15×15 mm)
  • Step 5: Washing again before frozen
